* WHAT...Freezing temperatures of 30 to 32 degrees expected.

* WHERE...Northern and eastern Big Country counties, all of the 
  Concho Valley, Heartland and Northwest Hill Country counties, and 
  also Sutton and Schleicher counties.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 8 AM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and other 
  sensitive vegetation.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Freeze Warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or
