...FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 10 AM EDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 26 expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, and 
  central, northern, southern, and western West Virginia.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 10 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other 
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor 
  plumbing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Well protected valley locations away from 
  major rivers will be the most prone to a killing freeze tonight.
