...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT WEDNESDAY...
...BLOWING DUST ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM CDT WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, west to northwest winds 25 to 35 mph
with gusts up to 50 mph. For the Blowing Dust Advisory, visibility
between one-quarter and one mile in blowing dust expected.

* WHERE...The wind advisory and blowing dust advisory both cover all
  of West Central Texas.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 7 PM CDT Wednesday. For the
Blowing Dust Advisory, until 4 AM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility.
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could
be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Blowing Dust Advisory means that blowing dust will lower
visibilities to less than a mile, resulting in hazardous driving
conditions.

Motorists should not drive into an area of blowing dust. Remember,
Pull Aside, Stay Alive.

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 30 to 39 mph with higher gusts
are occurring or expected. Winds this strong can knock down tree
limbs and make driving difficult, especially for high profile
vehicles. Secure loose outdoor objects.

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
