...BLOWING DUST ADVISORY HAS EXPIRED...

* WHAT...West to northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 
  mph.

* WHERE...All of West Central Texas

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree 
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 30 to 39 mph with higher gusts 
are occurring or expected. Winds this strong can knock down tree 
limbs and make driving difficult, especially for high profile
