* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.

  - At 647 AM PST, California Highway Patrol reported roadway
    flooding at Highway 4 and Stallion Way near Angels Camp.
    Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
  - Moderate to heavy rain is forecast to continue through much
    of the morning.
