Weather Watch for gusty winds and low relative humidity, which is
in effect from Saturday morning through Saturday evening.

* AFFECTED AREA...In North Carolina, Robeson, Bladen, Columbus,
  New Hanover, and Brunswick counties. In South Carolina,
  Marlboro, Darlington, Dillon, Florence, Marion, Williamsburg,
  Horry, and Georgetown counties.

* TIMING...From Saturday morning through Saturday evening.

* WINDS...Southwest around 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 20 percent.

* TEMPERATURES...Up to 75.

* LIGHTNING...

* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread 
  quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
