* Until 830 AM EDT.

* At 537 AM EDT, trained weather spotters reported thunderstorms 
  producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 6 
  inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 
  inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing.

  This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for northern Perry and Leslie 
  counties, and northeast Clay county. This is a PARTICULARLY
