...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT /6 PM MDT/ 
THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Northwest winds 40 to 50 mph with gusts up to 75 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest, and west 
  central Kansas.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT /6 PM MDT/ this evening.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds may blow down trees and power lines. The 
  combination of wet snow and intense winds may result in tree and 
  power line damage and power outages. Widespread blowing snow 
  and/or dust will reduce visibility significantly. Travel will be 
  very difficult to dangerous, especially for high profile vehicles.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and 
avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution 
if you must drive.
