...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TUESDAY NIGHT 
THROUGH WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions possible. Total snow accumulations 
  between 2 and 4 inches possible...with locally higher amounts 
  possible. Winds could gust over 60 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of north central Kansas and central, east 
  central, and south central Nebraska.

* WHEN...From late Tuesday night through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and 
  blowing snow. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous 
  conditions will likely impact the Wednesday morning commute. Very 
  strong winds could cause tree damage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Despite the wet nature of the snow, very 
  strong winds will result in blowing and drifting snow which could 
  lead to significant snow drifts across the local area Wednesday.
