WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions possible. Total snow accumulations 
  between 2 and 4 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 50 
  mph.

* WHERE...All of south central Nebraska.

* WHEN...From late Tuesday night through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing 
  snow could significantly reduce visibility down to less than a 
  mile. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning 
  commute. Gusty winds can bring down tree branches
