* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow 
  accumulations between 4 and 6 inches with locally greater amounts 
  towards the Missouri state line. Ice accumulations around a light 
  glaze possible.

* WHERE...Portions of eastern and north central Arkansas.

* WHEN...From 6 AM Tuesday to 6 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions 
  could impact the commute from Tuesday morning through Wednesday 
  morning.
