Southern Madison County in central Mississippi...
* Until 1115 AM CDT.
* At 911 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. One to two inches of rain have
already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Jackson, Clinton, Pearl, Madison, Ridgeland, Brandon, Canton,
Byram, Flowood, Richland, Florence, Raymond, Pelahatchie, Edwards,
Utica, Bolton, Leesburg, Pocahontas, Farmhaven and Goshen Springs.
Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches are possible in the
warned area.
