NOTTOWAY...AMELIA AND POWHATAN COUNTIES... At 757 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated that heavy rain was falling over the area. 3 to 6 inches of rain have fallen across the warned area with locally higher amounts. Flash flooding is already occurring. Rainfall should slowly taper down in intensity over the next couple of hours. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
