PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE THIS EVENING...
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Ohio River at Markland Dam.
* WHEN...Until late this evening.
* IMPACTS...At 52.0 feet, Lowland roads near the river are flooded
including low-lying roads near Carrollton, Vevay, Warsaw and
Florence. Portions of Indiana Route 56 are flooded downstream of
Vevay.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:00 AM EDT Friday the stage was 52.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late this afternoon and continue falling, remaining below
flood stage.
- Flood stage is 51.0 feet.
