...FIRE WEATHER WATCH FROM TUESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH TUESDAY
EVENING FOR EASTERN AND MUCH OF CENTRAL NM DUE TO STRONG WINDS 
AND LOW HUMIDITY...

...RED FLAG WARNING FOR THE CENTRAL HIGHLANDS, SANDIA AND MANZANO
MOUNTAINS, AND NORTHEAST HIGHLANDS WILL EXPIRE AT 8 PM THIS
EVENING...

.Winds will continue to taper off and relative humidity values
will rise the rest of this evening and overnight. A fire growth 
pattern will continue through Wednesday with breezy to windy 
conditions and very low humidity values each afternoon. The 
coverage of critical fire weather conditions will peak on Tuesday
as winds trend stronger. The potential exists for wind gusts of up
to 65 mph across eastern New Mexico on Tuesday.

* AREA AND TIMING...Northeast Highlands (Zone 123) Monday between
  2 and 8 PM and Tuesday between noon and 9 PM. 

* 20 FOOT WINDS...Southwest winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to
  45 mph on Monday. West winds of 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 65 
  mph on Tuesday. 

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Minimum values between 10 and 15 percent
  each afternoon. 

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. 
  Outdoor burning is not recommended..
