* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, seas 7 to 11 ft at 14 
  seconds and south winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt 
  expected. For the Gale Warning, seas 13 to 18 ft at 16 seconds 
  and south winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt expected. 
  For the Storm Warning, seas 19 to 24 ft at 12 seconds and 
  south winds 30 to 35 kt with gusts up to 50 kt expected.

* WHERE...Waters from Cape Falcon to Cape Foulweather OR from 10 
  to 60 NM and Waters from Cape Foulweather to Florence OR from 
  10 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 11 PM PDT this evening. 
  Gale Warning, from 11 PM this evening to 8 AM PDT Thursday. 
  Storm Warning, from 8 AM to 5 PM PDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which 
  could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Storm Warning means winds of 48 to 63 knots are imminent or
occurring. Recreational boaters should remain in port, or take
shelter until winds and waves subside. Commercial vessels should
prepare for very strong winds and dangerous sea conditions, and
consider remaining in port or taking shelter in port until winds
and waves subside.
