...HIGH WIND WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY EVENING THROUGH 
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Northwest winds 25 to 40 mph with gusts in excess of 60 mph 
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, northeast, northwest, 
  south central, southeast, southwest, and west central Iowa.

* WHEN...From Tuesday evening through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. 
  Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, 
  especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow may not be occurring for the duration of 
  the high winds.  However, when the snow is falling, near blizzard 
  conditions are expected.
