Water may be over roadways, and culverts may be full. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1228 PM MST, Emergency management reported snowmelt in the advisory area. This is causing urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas have already caused minor flooding in the advisory area.
