...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Snow. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 5 inches.

* WHERE...Northern Erie and Southern Erie Counties.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will 
  likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road 
  conditions with slower travel likely. The hazardous conditions 
  could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Widespread snow this morning will transition 
  to lake effect snow during the afternoon. The heaviest snow is 
  expected Thursday afternoon into Thursday evening when snow rates 
  up to 1 inch per hour will be possible at times. Temperatures will 
  be in the teens through the event with wind chill values in the 
  single digits.
