For the High Rip Current Risk, dangerous rip currents expected. * WHERE...Kenedy Island, Willacy Island and Cameron Island Counties. * WHEN...For the High Surf Advisory, through 6 PM Thursday. For the High Rip Current Risk, through Thursday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions. Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dangerous currents and high surf are expected to continue into Friday, and additional advisories and statements are likely to be issued until conditions begin to improve over the weekend. Note that surf temperatures will fall to 50 or the lower 50s Thursday and remain there into Saturday at least. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
