EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet 
  accumulations 6 to 13 inches and ice accumulations up to a third 
  of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph Sunday afternoon and 
  Sunday night.

* WHERE...Jefferson and Lewis Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 1 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice 
  and strong winds. Travel could be very difficult to nearly 
  impossible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Widespread accumulating snow and ice will create dangerous travel 
conditions.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the 
  ice. Travel could be become difficult. Gusty winds could bring 
  down tree branches and cause isolated power outages.

roads and limited visibilities. Slow down and use caution while
