In northern California, Amador, Calaveras, El Dorado, Nevada, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Tuolumne and Yuba. * WHEN...Until midnight PST tonight. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Potential mudslides in the lower foothills. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 503 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - The threat of flooding will continue through the evening as periods of moderate to heavy rain move over the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
