  between 2 and 4 inches. Locally higher due to lake enhancement.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Wisconsin.

* WHEN...Until 3 AM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous 
  conditions could impact the Wednesday evening commute.
