* WHAT...Blowing snow expected. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Much of northwest and central North Dakota.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The 
  hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute.
