...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST THIS MORNING...
...EXTREME COLD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH 
MONDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, visibility one quarter mile or 
  less in dense fog. For the Extreme Cold Watch, dangerously cold 
  wind chills as low as 4 below possible.

* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest 
  Georgia.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 10 AM EST this morning. 
  For the Extreme Cold Watch, from late tonight through Monday 
  morning.

* IMPACTS...An extended period of freezing temperatures could cause 
  ruptured water pipes. Low visibility could make driving conditions 
  hazardous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must 
go outside.

To prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them to 
drip slowly.

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of 
distance ahead of you.
