...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM MST /6 AM 
CST/ FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations up to 
  one inch lowlands to around three inches mountains.  Ice 
  accumulations around one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high 
  as 40 mph at the higher elevations.

* WHERE...West Texas and Southeast New Mexico.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM MST /6 AM CST/ Friday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will 
  likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road 
  conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday 
  morning and evening commutes.
