COUNTY HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A FLOOD WARNING...
Although no longer rising, stream and reservoir levels continue to
run very high. The risk of imminent flash flooding has diminished,
but areal flooding remains a major concern. Therefore the flash
flood warning has been replaced with a flood warning.
