  Columbia County in northern Florida...
  Eastern Hamilton County in northern Florida...
  Northern Union County in northern Florida...
  South Central Charlton County in southeastern Georgia...
  Southern Clinch County in southeastern Georgia...
  Eastern Echols County in southeastern Georgia...
  South Central Ware County in southeastern Georgia...

* Until 945 PM EDT Monday.

* At 342 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 6 and 12 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Lake City, Lake Butler, White Springs, Fargo, Taylor, Belmont, 
  Suwannee Valley, Winfield, Five Points, Needmore, Olustee, 
  Watertown, Sanderson, Lulu, Palestine Community and Ellerbee.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
