The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a
* Tornado Warning for...
Washita County in western Oklahoma...
* Until 745 PM CDT.
* At 712 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Burns Flat, moving northeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
* Locations impacted include...
Burns Flat, Dill City, Bessie and Foss.
This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 53 and 55.
