...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 515 PM MST THIS 
AFTERNOON FOR COCONINO COUNTY...

At 304 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy 
rain are weakening across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of 
rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.75 inches 
are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or 
expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life-threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Life-threatening flash flooding of low-water crossings,
         creeks, normally dry washes and roads.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Hualapai Hilltop, Grand Canyon National Park, Hualapai 
  Reservation, Supai and Havasupai Reservation.

This includes the following streams and drainages...
  Sandstone Wash, Colorado River, Havasu Creek and Little Coyote 
  Canyon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Get out of washes and creeks if you are camping or hiking! Flooding 
is occurring or imminent and will inundate area drainages.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 315 PM MST THIS AFTERNOON FOR 
GILA, COCONINO AND NAVAJO COUNTIES...

The heavy rain threat has ended in the Forest Lakes area. Flooding 
is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed 
remaining road closures.

A Flash Flood Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM MST Tuesday for 
portions of north central Arizona, northeast Arizona and west 
central Arizona.
