...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in 
Illinois...

  Embarras River at Lawrenceville affecting Lawrence County.

.The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil 
moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Persons with interests along this river need to remain aware of the 
latest forecasts and associated flood risk for their area. Stay 
tuned for further updates on this flooding situation.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY EVENING UNTIL FURTHER 
NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Embarras River at Lawrenceville.

* WHEN...From Friday evening until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 36.0 feet, Billet-Vincennes River road is inundated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:45 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 21.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will fall to 21.1 feet this evening. It
    will then rise above flood stage late Friday evening to 36.5
    feet early Sunday afternoon. It will fall to 35.5 feet early
    Monday afternoon. It will then rise to 35.9 feet early
    Tuesday afternoon. It will fall again but remain above flood
    stage.
  - Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
