  possible in the plains. 45 to 55 mph with gusts up to 75 mph in 
  the mountains.


* WHERE...Guadalupe Mountains of west Texas and Southeast New 
  Mexico, Eddy County Plains, Northern Lea, Central Lea, and Eastern 
  Culberson.

* WHEN...From 9 AM MDT /10 AM CDT/ Tuesday to 3 AM MDT /4 AM CDT/ 
  Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Southwest winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 60 mph 
  possible in the plains. 45 to 55 mph with gusts up to 75 mph in 
  the mountains.
