...ICE STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM EDT THIS 
EVENING...

* WHAT...Freezing rain. Additional ice accumulations of around one 
  tenth of an inch, mainly across the northern half of the county. 
  The greatest accumulations will be near the Saint Lawrence River.

* WHERE...Jefferson County.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Significant ice accumulation on power lines and tree 
  limbs will cause scattered to numerous power outages. Travel will 
  be difficult.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be prepared for power outages and slippery roads. If you are going 
outside, watch your first few steps taken on stairs, sidewalks, and 
driveways. These surfaces could be icy and slippery, increasing your 
risk of a fall and injury.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions and the possibility of 
  isolated power outages.
