...ICE STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Significant icing. Additional ice accumulations up to two 
  tenths of an inch possible.

* WHERE...Southern Franklin and southern St. Lawrence Counties.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. 
  Travel will be very difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Freezing rain this morning will gradually 
  change to plain rain in the western foothills of the Adirondacks 
  by this afternoon and linger longest closer to the St. Lawrence 
  River.
