...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1045 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive 
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Areas in Jack County primarily from Bryson, to locations 
  north and west of Jacksboro, and up to areas near and south of 
  Newport.

* WHEN...Until 1045 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Overflowing poor-drainage areas. Ponding of water on roadways is 
  occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This
    will likely cause urban and small stream flooding. Low lying
    and/or poor drainage areas will experience minor flooding in
    the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Jacksboro, Bryson, Fort Richardson State Park, Cundiff, Lost
    Creek Reservoir, Jermyn, Bartons Chapel, Postoak and
    Antelope.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
