...BLIZZARD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations 
  between 1 and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 65 mph.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Nebraska.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult to impossible. Widespread 
  blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility to below 1/4 
  mile at times. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning 
  and evening commutes. Winds will be strong enough to cause damage 
  to trees and power lines with potential for power outages.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel, 
have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay with 
your vehicle. The latest road conditions for the state you are
