In southwest Ohio, Butler and Warren. In west central Ohio, Clark, Greene, Montgomery and Preble. * WHEN...Until 315 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1202 AM EDT, Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - NWS employee reported minor flooding in the advisory area with some water over the road near Sackett-Wright Park in Bellbrook. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
