* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, visibility one quarter mile or 
  less in dense fog. For the High Wind Warning, southwest winds 30 
  to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected. For the High Wind 
  Watch, northwest winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 70 mph 
  possible.

* WHERE...In Oklahoma, Cimarron County. In Texas, Dallam, Hartley, 
  and Oldham counties.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 8 AM CST this morning. 
  For the High Wind Warning, from 11 AM this morning to 8 PM CST 
  this evening. For the High Wind Watch, from Tuesday morning 
  through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. 
  Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. 
  Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Low 
  visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and 
avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution 
if you must drive.
