...The National Weather Service in Cleveland OH has issued a Flood 
Warning for the following rivers in Ohio...

  Portage River At Woodville affecting Sandusky and Wood Counties.

For the Portage River...including Woodville...Minor flooding is 
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE MONDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Portage River at Woodville.

* WHEN...Until late Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 10.5 feet, Water is encroaching on State Route 105 in 
  Sandusky County northeast of U.S. 23. Water is in the backyard of 
  residents on Bierley, Bridge, and Water Streets in Pemberville.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:30 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 8.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage early this
    morning to 9.9 feet this evening. It will then fall below
    flood stage early Saturday morning to 8.8 feet Saturday
    morning. It will rise above flood stage again early Saturday
    afternoon to 10.0 feet Sunday morning. It will then fall
    below flood stage again early Monday morning.
