  31. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low 
  as  the lower 20s.

* WHERE...Bee, Duval, Goliad, Jim Wells, La Salle, Live Oak, 
  McMullen, Victoria, and Webb Counties.

* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, until 10 AM CST this morning. For 
  the Cold Weather Advisory, until noon CST today.

* IMPACTS...Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with 
  prolonged exposure. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, 
  other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor 
  plumbing.
