...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING 
TO 9 AM CST FRIDAY...
...EXTREME COLD WARNING FOR THIS MORNING IS CANCELLED...

* WHAT...For the Cold Weather Advisory tonight into Friday morning, 
  very cold wind chills as low as -15 to -25 degrees.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and south central 
  Nebraska, mainly along and north of Highway 6.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 9 AM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero 
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a 
hat, and gloves.

Although still very cold outside, the threat for truly dangerous 
wind chills of -20 or colder has ended for the rest of today.

However, please note that tonight into Friday morning will feature 
one final round of very cold wind chills as low as at least -15 to 
-20 degrees. As a result, a Cold Weather Advisory may be needed in 
later forecasts.
