...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 
9 AM CST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills. Lowest ranges of 9 to 14 expected 
  over the interior, mostly northwest of I-65. 15 to 20 east of 
  I-65, south to the coast.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Alabama, northwest 
  Florida, and southeast Mississippi.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged 
  exposure.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a 
hat, and gloves.
