For the cold Weather Advisory tonight, all of Iowa. * WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, until noon CST today. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to noon CST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
