* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below to 45 below 
  expected at times, especially during the overnight and early 
  morning hours.

* WHERE...Harding, Northern Perkins, Southern Perkins, and Ziebach.

* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 11 AM MST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero 
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must 
go outside.
