* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, mixed precipitation. 
  Additional snow and sleet amounts around an inch and ice 
  accumulations up to one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 
  45 mph. For the Lake Effect Snow Warning, heavy lake effect snow 
  expected. Total snow accumulations between 5 and 10 inches with 
  the highest amounts across western portions of the county. Winds 
  gusting as high as 65 mph.

* WHERE...Southern Fulton County.

* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 1 AM EST Monday. For 
  the Lake Effect Snow Warning, from 1 AM Monday to 6 AM EST 
  Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Roads will remain become slick and hazardous through 
  this evening resulting in difficult travel conditions. Whiteout 
  conditions are expected tonight through Tuesday and may make 
  travel treacherous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heavy lake effect snow will develop later 
  tonight and continue through Tuesday with the potential for near 
  blizzard conditions at times.

During lake effect snow, the weather can vary from bands of locally 
heavy snow to dry weather just a few miles away. Visibilities can
