Northwestern Hunt County in north central Texas...
Northeastern Collin County in north central Texas...
Southeastern Grayson County in north central Texas...
Southwestern Fannin County in north central Texas...
* Until 1215 AM CDT.
* At 1136 PM CDT, a confirmed tornado was located over Melissa, or 9
miles northeast of McKinney, moving east at 50 mph. Anna is in the
path of this tornado.
This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!
HAZARD...Damaging tornado.
SOURCE...Weather spotters confirmed tornado.
IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris
may be deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile
homes will be destroyed. Considerable damage to homes,
businesses, and vehicles is likely and complete
destruction is possible.
