...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR SOUTHWESTERN MENARD AND EAST
CENTRAL SUTTON COUNTIES IS CANCELLED...
The severe thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out of
the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for
west central Texas.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 745 PM CDT
FOR NORTHWESTERN KIMBLE COUNTY...
At 737 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Roosevelt,
moving east at 15 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northwestern Kimble County.
This includes Interstate 10 between Mile Markers 435 and 449.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Prepare immediately for large hail and damaging winds. People outside
should move to a shelter, inside a strong building and away from
windows. Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this
storm.
To report severe weather contact your nearest law enforcement agency.
They will send your report to the National Weather Service office in
San Angelo.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
