...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 230 PM CST FOR NORTHERN
TALLAPOOSA COUNTY...
At 129 PM CST, a confirmed large and destructive tornado was located
over Highway 9 and Highway 22, or near Equality, moving northeast at
55 mph.
TORNADO EMERGENCY for Alexander City and Wind Creek State Park. This
is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!
HAZARD...Deadly tornado.
SOURCE...Weather spotters confirmed tornado.
IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris may
be deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes
will be destroyed. Considerable damage to homes,
businesses, and vehicles is likely and complete destruction
is possible.

Northern Lake Martin, Wind Creek State Park, Eastern Lake Martin,
