* At 636 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Hill City, or 19 miles south of Grand Rapids,
moving northeast at 65 mph.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
