At 350 PM MDT, Emergency Management reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain and flash flooding across south central Lincoln County. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen near Glencoe and San Patricio, with up to 2 inches in surrounding communities. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is occurring now! This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for South Central Lincoln County between Glencoe and Hondo . This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!
